1970s Camera Ads
Visited this nice place tegamisha, out in the west side of town. Koga-san the bookseller kindly showed us a few 70s Camera Mainichi magazines. For some reason, the camera ads left a lasting impression.

Maybe because the ads are excellent examples of good graphic design?

I like the design geeky stuff. dont knock it!
One thing is it caught my attention, so maybe they work..Dunno if they are great examples graphic design though, but I admire it as a craft back then..everything by hand.

Everything by hand and without any edginess- no irony or anything like that. Better looking in every aspect- from the look of the cameras, the font, and the lady models. Especially the lady models…
